Teddy Bear Picnic

Spent a fantastic morning at the Frederick Teddy Bear Picnic with a certain adorable little niece of mine.  Admittedly, the teddy bear part of the Teddy Bear Picnic was slightly cheesy.  It consisted of 2 dudes in bear suits dancing around (and I'm sure melting in the 90 degree heat).  And no grass on which to actually picnic.  But there were lots of other things to occupy our time: face painting, balloon animals, and games. (Oh my!)  And she had a blast!  It seems she picnicked until she dropped.  I know this because she was out like a light before I completed my turn around the block.

Love, Love, Love spending time with her!  Of course, I get a kick out of the fact that she's WAY more well-behaved (please, and thank you's always) than most of the kids I came in contact with today...of course I'm slightly partial.
