Feliz Cinco de Mayo!

Today is the 5th of May, otherwise known as Cinco de Mayo, otherwise known as my very favorite holiday.  What's not to love about a day where you get to eat lots and lots of Mexican food?  There was salsa, and carnitas, and tacos, oh my!  Delicious and food coma inducing. Happy Cinco de Mayo!
