Throwback Tuesday

Yes, I realize it's usually Throwback Thursday, but in honor of the Orioles (fingers crossed) clinching the AL East tonight with a win, I'm making it Throwback Tuesday.  This picture was taken when the Orioles last won the World Series in 1983.  With any luck, we'll have a similar picture in a few weeks.  

The last time they hit the playoffs was 1997.  In the last few years, we've gotten so close we could taste it.  I'm pretty sure all of Baltimore has been waiting for this moment.  And after all the years focused on the grand football team of Baltimore, it's pretty fun to finally be appreciating those awesome baseball players too!  Way to go boys!  #WeWontStop
