Justice & Tulips

What started as your usual, run of the mill crappy Monday, quickly turned around this afternoon when story of the suspension and fines due to Deflate gate broke.  I've never been so happy to eat my words.  I was pretty convinced the commissioner would let the story slide with no punishment to Brady or the team.  But $1 million and 4 games later, it seems that's not the case.  

My only complaint is that Belichick didn't really get punished.  This is, after all, his second offense.  He should at least lose a few thousand dollars. Because you know he knew about it. I'm willing to bet it was his idea in the first place!

My favorite thought on the whole thing, comes from Will Ferrell, who I'm usually not a fan of.  However, his tweet was too cute to resist.

To top it all off, on top of the sports justice, I received flowers for the first time in a very long time, at work, no less.  Woohoo!  This week is looking up!
